Eco Quest has announced its decision to complete the 100% acquisition of Cynata Inc which is developing a potentially highly commercial platform technology in the area of stem cell therapeutics.
 
Eco Quest’s other science division covers technology in the biodegradable hygiene area. The business strategy of this division involves licensing the technology to companies that are best positioned in their markets to maximise the commercial return.
