Urbanise.com Limited (ASX:UBN) has entered into a three-year hosted services agreement with Kuwait-based management company HOLDCO Corporation. 

The creator of cloud-based platforms for delivering building services says the deal is worth a minimum of $US720,000. 

CEO Ben Churchill says the Urbanise platform positions HOLDCO to become the engine of smart cities in Kuwait. 

Mr Churchill also believes the partnership shows the company’s technology is disrupting a multi-trillion dollar industry.

Urbanise.com reported a net loss of $51,000 in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
