360 Capital Industrial Fund (ASX:TIX) says it will call a meeting of members of takeover target Australian Industrial REIT (ASX:ANI) on 26 October in Sydney.

The Fund now owns 33.3 per cent of ANI and wishes to remove Fife Funds as the responsible entity of ANI as well as stopping Fife Funds charging ANI unitholders costs to protect their management rights.

There is also the matter of a non-binding unconditional offered from an unnamed offshore consortia that was announced last week and 360 Capital wishes to prevent any break fee entered into by Fife Capital.

Capital 360 Industrial Fund reported a net profit of $43.92 million for the 2015 financial year.
