Beadell Resources (ASX:BDR) has announced the retirement of Managing Director Peter Bowler effective immediately.
Mr Bowler will be replaced by Mr Simon Jackson, who will also take up the role of CEO.
Mr Jackson is a chartered accountant with 25 years experience in the gold industry.
Mr Bowler says now was the “right time to hand over the reigns”.
Beadell Resources reported a net loss of $30.33 million at 30 June 2015.
