Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Limited (ASX:SXE) has appointed Mr Graeme Dunn as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
 

Mr Dunn joins the electrical services provider from his current role as Chief Operating Officer of NRW Limited.
 

Mr Dunn will receive a base salary of $650,000 per annum inclusive of superannuation when he takes up the role in January 2016.
 

Interim CEO Chris Douglass will resign from the Board and continue in his role as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
 

Southern Cross Electrical Engineering recorded a net loss of $9.8 million at 30 June 2015.
