Capilano Honey Limited (ASX:CZZ) have appointed Mrs Annette Zbasnik to the position of company secretary, effective tomorrow.
 

Mrs Zbasnik will be replacing Mr Dirk Kemp, who will continue in his role of General Manager of Finance and Operations. 
 

The company says Mrs Zbasnik has been an employee of Capilano for the past 20 years and has held the position of corporate secretary.
 

She has a broad range of experience in company secretariat and corporate governance roles and is a Certificated Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
 

Capilano Honey reported a net profit of $7.85 million at 30 June 2015.
