Urbanise.com Limited (ASX:UBN) says it has won a services agreement with property management company One Place. 
 

The New Zealand based One Place services around 3000 individual units over 12 buildings in Auckland. It will use the Urbanise cloud-based technology to manage onsite contractors and comply with a newly introduced OHS Act from the New Zealand government. 
 

Revenue is based on variable platform usage fees dependent on work orders processed. 
 

Urbanise made a net profit of $720,000 for the 2015 financial year.
