Cardno Limited (ASX:CDD) has announced several changes to the composition of the company’s board of directors, effective immediately.
 

Chairman John Marlay and non-executive directors Tony Barnes and Tonianne Dwyer have stepped down from their positions.
 

Two new independent non-executive directors Steven Sherman and Jeffrey Forbes have joined the board as announced in October last year. 
 

The board says it intends to appoint another two non-executive directors and the changes are in line with an implementation agreement with its major shareholder Crescent Capital. 
 

Cardno reported a net loss of $145.17 million at 30 June 2015.
