The company says that distribution guidance now provides for growth of around 5% p.a. for the 2017 and 2018 financial years.
Spark also says that it has growing cashflows which resulted from the the de-gearing for Victoria Power Networks and SA Power Networks in 2015.
Furthermore, the company says that a number of regulatory appeal matters remain outstanding but the distribution guidance is not contingent on their outcome.
Spark Infrastructure reported a net profit of $88 million at 31 December 2015.
