Orion says this deal is worth NZ$9.34 million (or AU$8.63 million at this morning’s exchange rate).
The New Zealand health technology company says, under this contract, it will provide a comprehensive care solution to the Dorset region’s population of 765,000 people.
The new Dorset Care Record will bring together information from hospitals, GPs, community teams and local councils – which will enable a summary of a person’s medical or care history to be accessed in one place. Patients will also be able to access and add to their medical records online.
Last Thursday, Orion shares closed 3.94% lower at $1.22.
