The deal with Beijing Bei Guang Jia will engage its products with Chinese consumers in the Beijing region, with a target audience of approximately 30 million households.
The products will be marketed and sold through home shopping TV, radio and online channels via leading Alibaba and TMall e-commerce platforms.
The product launch is scheduled for immediately after Chinese New Year in February 2018.
Zoono anticipates adding new products to their sale offering.
Shares in Zoono Group (ASX:ZNO) are trading 16.07 per cent higher to 33 cents.
