Australian Pipeline (ASX:APA) announced today the retirement of its chairman and non-executive director Leonard Bleasel.
He has been chairman for the last ten years.
Non-executive director Michael Fraser will succeed his role.
APA also announces other changes to its board members, including non-executive director John Fletcher who will retire no later than February next year after its FY2018 results are released.
Patricia McKenzie has also advised of her intention to retire from the board at its 2018 annual meeting.
Shares in Australian Pipeline (ASX:APA) are trading 0.12 per cent higher to $8.23.
