Aristocrat completes Plarium acquisition

Aristocrat (ASX:ALL) has announced the completion of its Plarium acquisition after obtaining all necessary approvals.

Plarium is an Israeli-based game developer offering online games to consumers.

Aristocrat’s CEO and Managing Director Trevor Croker said the acquisition increases the company’s presence in the high growth mobile gaming market.

He said Plarium’s key management have remained in the business.

Aristocrat operates as a provider of gaming technology in more than 90 countries worldwide.

Shares in Aristocrat (ASX:ALL) are trading 0.44 per cent lower to $22.43.
