Australia's biggest cement company, Adelaide Brighton (ASX:ABC) is looking for a new chief executive after current boss Martin Brydon announced he is to retire.
Mr Brydon has been chief executive for four years and will stay with the business until a new chief executive is found.
He reported that in 2017, full year revenue grew 11.7 per cent to a record for Adelaide Brighton of $1.56 billion.
This was 10 per cent above the previous high in 2015 and achieved despite softer demand in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Adelaide Brighton employs a diverse workforce of more than 1500 people across approximately 130 locations throughout Australia.
Shares in Adelaide Brighton (ASX:ABC) are down 0.15% to $6.61.
