Computing platform Cardno (ASX:CDD) will say goodbye to three directors this year.
Neville Buch, Gary Jandegian and Roberto Prieto will retire from the Board.
The Company that runs the blockchain for the Ada cryptocurrency, began the rebuilding process when it refreshed the Board beginning in late calendar year 2015.
Cardno is now moving to a different stage focused on maintaining the existing momentum and beginning to grow.
They believe with respect to Cardno’s size of business that the current number of Directors which is eight - is too many for the size of the business.
Shares in Cardno (ASX:CDD) are trading 1.67 per cent lower to $1.18.
