Bega Cheese to vote in Capilano scheme of arrangement

Bega Cheese (ASX:BGA) intends to vote in favour of the Capilano scheme of arrangement under which Bravo BidCo Pty Ltd will acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Capilano honey (ASX:CZZ)

Bega Cheese currently has 15.6 per cent of shareholdings and intends to receive the cash consideration under the scheme, which as announced by Capilano on 2 November 2018 has been increased to $21.00 per Capilano share.

Bravo BidCo is an entity owned by Wattle Hill RHC Fund and Roc Capital.

Shares in Bega Cheese (ASX:BGA) are down 0.58 per cent to $5.98.
