Reed Resources Limited (ASX:RDR) has executed two key contracts to advance its wholly owned Meekatharra Gold Project in central Western Australia. 

 

The emerging Australian gold producer has awarded GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) a contract for the installation of a new heavy duty primary crusher. 

 

Reed has awarded a subsidiary of Pacific Energy Limited (ASX:PEA) the contract for the supply of power to the project. The gold producer hopes to bring the project into production in the December quarter of this year.  

 

In the first half of 2012 financial year Reed Resources reported a net loss $2.3 million.
