Australia’s leading horticultural company Costa Group Holdings (ASX:CGC) announced that Kevin Schwartz has resigned as a non-executive director of the company effective today.
Mr Schwartz is a founding partner and CEO of Paine Schwartz Partners and joined the Board of the company in October 2011.
Dr Jane Wilson will join the Costa Board as an independent non-executive director.
She is Co-Chair of the Federal Government’s Australian Advisory Board on Technology and Healthcare Competitiveness, and a director of the General Sir John Monash Foundation.
Shares in Costa Group Holdings (ASX:CGC) closed 4.42 per cent higher at $5.43 yesterday.
