Devron joined Aspen in 2016 and was Group Finance Manager.
He has over 15 years of international experience in finance and assurance services in the Family Office sector and at Ernst and Young in South Africa, USA, the Netherlands and Australia.
The appointment comes after the company posted a statutory loss of $7.92 million for FY19. After adjusting for asset devaluations, transaction costs and other non-underlying items, Aspen achieved an underlying profit of $4.96 million.
Shares in Aspen (ASX:APZ) closed 3.08 per cent lower at $1.10 yesterday.
