Nouryon Chemicals has awarded a Master Services Agreement to Worley (ASX:WOR)

Nouryon Chemicals B.V. has awarded a Master Services Agreement (MSA) to Worley (ASX:WOR) to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services.

Under the agreement the services will be provided to twenty of Nouryon’s chemicals sites across Europe over a period of five and a half years.

In addition to the MSA, 50 of Nouryon’s people have transferred to Worley’s Europe business.

Shares in Worley (ASX:WOR) closed 1.82 per cent higher at $14.00 yesterday.
