A subsidiary of Cronos Australia (ASX:CAU) has executed a distribution agreement with a subsidiary of Sigma Healthcare (ASX:SIG).
It is intended that the PEACE NATURALSTM medicinal cannabis products that Cronos Australia expects to import from Canada will be the first products to be distributed under the agreement.
Distribution is anticipated to occur through Sigma’s national retail pharmacy network which includes Amcal+ and Guardian Pharmacies.
The Company’s strategy remains focused on developing branded products to own or supply a portfolio of successful cannabinoid brands – including CBD and THC products.
Shares in Sigma Healthcare (ASX:SIG) are trading flat at 70 cents.
