Shannon Coates resigns from board of Flinders Mines (ASX:FMS)

Iron ore miner, Flinders Mines (ASX:FMS) has announced the resignation of Ms Shannon Coates as a non-executive director.

She will maintain her position as joint company secretary.

The board took the opportunity to thank Ms Coates for her contributions as a director over the past 2 years.

The company says “the board’s composition remains as a majority of independent non-executive directors, with a wide range of skills required to advance the Company’s flagship Pilbara Iron Ore Project”.

Shares in Flinders Mines (ASX:FMS) closed flat at 6.4 cents yesterday.
