Newhaven Hotels Limited(ASX:NHH) has announced the sale of its Buena Vista Hotel in Sydney’s Mosman for $13 million. The company says the recent sale of surrounding properties takes its total cash windfall to $15 million. Formally entrenched in the thoroughbred industry, New Haven now specialises in the redevelopment of venues, focusing on enhancing customer experiences. Last year fiscal year, Newhaven recorded a $0.69 million net profit.
