DorsaVi
(ASX:DVL) has received a $350,000 grant from the Victorian government.
DorsaVi develops wearable motion analysis devices, and they are used for elites sports, OHS and clinical applications.
The Victoria Government Future Industries Manufacturing Grant is given to Victorian-based companies to fund new manufacturing technologies and facilitate growth.
DorsaVi says the money will help complete its new Jolimont facility quicker than anticipated, reduce manufacturing costs and automate manual processes.
DorsaVi reported a net loss of $5.2 million at 30 June 2016.
