BrainChip partners with Cisco on IoT technology

BrainChip Holdings Limited (ASX:BRN) has announced it will collaborate with a Cisco innovation centre to develop a series of demonstrations for its SNAP technology.

SNAP is an adaptive technology that can quickly learn, recognize and track complex objects in real time, from multiple sources.

The first demonstration will showcase traffic monitoring and advanced analysis capabilities.

A second demonstration will involve using SNAP in an in-vehicle camera device, to assist with hazard detection and road safety.

BrainChip Holdings Limited reported a net loss of $2.8 million at 30 June 2016.
