SubZero Group Limited (ASX:SZG) ("SZG" or "Company") is pleased to announce that Frank O’Halloran has accepted an invitation to join the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr O’Halloran will join the Board after the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 25 November 2013 when current Non-Executive Director, Glenn Molloy, will step down.
Mr O’Halloran is the former long serving CEO of QBE and the current Chairman of Steadfast. In making the announcement SZG Chairman, Malcolm Jackman said,” we are delighted to have an individual of Frank’s calibre and experience joining the Board. There is no doubt he will be a major contributor as the company continues to expand and grow.”
