We are pleased to report on 16 June 2014, Justice P Brereton, in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, made orders continuing the restraint orders made by the Court on Friday, 13 June 2014 against the purported appointment of Controllers to the Company until Thursday, 19 June 2014.
The matter is listed for hearing in the Supreme Court of New South Wales on Thursday, 19 June 2014.
